Unable To Pay Fees

I have tried multiple times to pay my hosting fees, and hope I haven't been charged multiple times. When I enter my info and get to the final page to finalize payment where the button says "pay now", I am taken back to the form that requests my original info. Once it said the cars I was using could not be used and to enter another card number, but it is the same card I've been using to successfully pay in the past.

What can I do?

We have not received any payments from your account. You can check your PayPal logs if you want to be sure.

Can you please try with another browser? It could be a browser issue.

I have tried another browser, Firefox, and still am unable to complete payment. I have used two different cards and each one says the card issuer has denied the purchase.

Two days ago when I first tried to pay multiple times I got the message there was a certificate security issue on the website connected to the invoice link I was sent, and was advised not to go to that website. No offense in any way intended, but I feel the problem lies with the invoice website. This is the first time I've had problems paying and don't know what else to try.

I went to the library today where I was able to use their high-speed network, and wen I typed in sales@gigarocket.net all I could come up with was the gigarank forum. Back at home on my dial-up server when I type sales@gigarocket.net into the browser Windows says it cannot find it and to check the spelling.

I think one thing that may be going on is a few days ago I read where Paypal is being sued for deleting millions of accounts, and mine was probably one. That may be why when I try to pay you I get the message the card issuer denied the purchase, meaning Paypal no longer has my info stored. Also, a while back Genesis said my account and website could not be found and that your system had been deleting accounts and websites but you didn't know it.

Tonight I made a new Paypal account but it will take a few days to link my bank account to it. I saw on the gigarank forum a place to make a donation, but don't know if it will work just using my bank card and not Paypal.

I have an alternative suggestion Jasmine. I don't own a credit card. Instead I work with prepaid Visa cards that are very easy to purchase anywhere. I'm sure also in the United States. PayPall is good with those. No prior approval needed. All you need to do is click on the Paypal icon to pay with it, and then create a new account and use the prepaid Visa card, and you're good to go. Once the Visa Card gets empty, all you need to do is go into your Paypal and add a new Visa Card. As simple as that.

I've only tried that approval process with a credit card once quite a number of years ago, and the process was so painful, I instantly deleted the account, and didn't use Paypal for a few years after that. Until I discovered the beauty of prepaid Visa cards. Another beauty of prepaid cards is that you don't have to use your own name to use the cards. You can have a double protection of your identity if needed. That way you can protect yourself from risky transactions on the Internet or guys who want to hack your accounts.

I'll look around to see if I can find pre-paid Visa cards. I think I noticed on your payment page where you accept gift cards as well. I haven't had any problems paying you before, so don't know what happened.
