(Urgent) Account Suspended

Detailed Description: Cannot access to my site for 10days, its says
Account Suspended

Additional Information: This the 3rd or 4th time happing to my account, WHY?
i am regular member, i did my regular visit to the forum & the cpanel and so why ?
Please help me fast.

Your claim that you make regular posts is false. Your last post was made on: 10-08-2019, 08:47 PM

When you signed up for hosting you were advised to visit the Forum periodically, particularly when cleanups are done.

You did not respond to the last cleanup notification of the accounts and in the previous cases exactly the same thing happened. Not only has your hosting account been suspended after the last cleanup, but it has been terminated as well.

Abandoning your hosting account is a security risk for the server. And we take it very seriously, when someone doesn't attend to the account regularly. If you check the TOS it says you have to have an ACTIVE hosting account - inactive is against the hosting rules. Your account has been inactive for a long time. And previous times that your account was suspended the exact same thing happened.

If you still want a hosting account, suggest you make a few posts first after which you may apply for a new hosting account in the hosting application section of the Forum.

Sorry My account is active Still end december, if you have access you can check it by you, its a essai.acharles.fr wordpress site, you can check the elementor pages, modifications etc... etc...

If you had "visited" as you said you did, then you would have noticed the cleanup of accounts discussion:

And you would then have given your name so that your account wouldn't have been suspended.

If you check the date of that notice it was in September last year. Your account was suspended in October of last year. You will find the name of your hosting account No. 24 in the list. The account was then terminated on 13 October 2019. It is absolutely impossible for you to have accessed an account here in December. I checked now as well. Your hosting account does not exist any longer - it was first suspended and then terminated in October of last year.

Your application for a hosting account wasn't declined. You did not apply. If you are a member of Gigarocket you will know that the correct way of applying for an account is to complete the application form in the hosting application section of the Forum. Instead you posted a complaint in the hosting support section accusing Gigarocket of unnecessarily suspending your accounts which was completely untrue. I responded to the complaint and provided written evidence of why your account was suspended and terminated and you seem to have ignored that. You broke the rules. I then suggested that if you made a few posts by way of compensation you may apply again.

I guess with Covid-19 a few of us have been busy with different things if our websites were dependent on the economy being normal. Fair enough, it needs to be active, and contributing to the forum isn't a big price to pay for a decent service. Especially in a pandemic.

If you check the date @amsamglobal the support request was before the general Covid lockdown. It isn't pandemic related.

Any way, it had a good ending as @daya143 made some posts, and has had new hosting account for a few months now. He was also one of the first members to respond to our most recent cleanup in April 2020. :cool:
