Visual novel games

One year ago I started play visual novel games. This kind of games is from Japan, but now we can find a lot of titles in english (or even other languages). I can recommend for example: Only One (but it's a polish game, so...), G-senjou no Maou.
Do you play? Did you hear about it before?

Yeah, I've only played some of Umineko no Naku Koro ni, but I really like it so far! Very good if you want a dark mystery story.

I'm also watching a let's play video series of the Japanese version of Fate/Stay Night [Realta Nua], which is also good.
I'm not really into the more harem/romance focused ones, but some of the mystery and/or fantasy ones are really fun.

Sometimes romance ones are great too. A story isn't depend on species. For example Katawa Shoujo

@"Szprytek" That's true. I forgot about that one. I played some of Katawa Shoujo & liked it (the Rin routes, and I had started another route, I think Hanako's, when my computer died, and I never got back to it). Since I'm not a guy I just picked girls I would be friends with & disabled the adult scenes, making it almost like a friendship game.

I have viewed stuff ranging from age-friendly stuff like Clannad to full "let's just get it on" stuff which names I won't reveal.

Naturally, there are stuff I refuse to touch, and/or lack the time to.

well if you are talking about visual novels i have to say that i don't like it a lot myself i think that books tells wayyyyy better stories but... i have to say that i got impressed when i see good story telling so much that i won't ever forget:
bioshock (1 and infinite)
far cry 3
uncharted series
and of course PORTAL 2 (oh wheatley i miss you)

I also like visual games. Ren'Py as a visual game engine
It is used. For example, I also adopt a Katawa girl. Https://www.renpy.org/
Such a game engine provides a new way for training by web, so I am very interested.
