Only apply if you are an experienced Website builder with a working knowledge of Linux commands. Also make certain you have made 100 Quality Posts (from 1 Dec 2014)

From your post I can't see that you would be capable of taking a care of your VPS. You don't meet requirements for the VPS.

True. But you also need to have a free hosting account first so you can provide evidence of your ability to manage a Website. If you read the TOS you need to make 10 QUALITY posts first for a free hosting account. Then once you have a free hosting account an additional 40 QUALITY posts before you may apply for a VPS account. During the course of the making of your 40 quality posts and creating a Website in your free hosting account we will be able to judge your ability to manage a VPS of your own. Once you have the VPS you need to make 25 posts a month to maintain your ownership of the VPS.
