Website Connection Help

When I try to connect to my other domains, which are currently on different webhosts, the connection fails. I can see the websites fine at some points during the day, but most of the time, I can't even access it. I have tried on several different Wi-Fi networks, on my laptops, as well as, on my iPad. I have looked to see if they are down, or if it's just me, and they say it's just me. What is wrong?

My hosting provider for those websites is www.afreewebhost.com. I am planning on transferring them to gigalicous, but have to backup the databases and download the software on them. I need cPanel access, but the connection fails for it as well.

When I run the troubleshooter on my computer (Windows 7), I get -
Problems Found:
Your computer appears to be correctly configured, but the device or resource (mckittrickfamily.tk) is not responding
Problem with wireless adapter or access point

I have reset my router, renewed and reissued the computer IP as well as on the iPad. I have also restarted the computer, and reset the network adapter for it. Still no solid connection.

I might be a webmaster and tech savy, but nothing like this has happened, and I mean, once, but I fixed it, because the wrong IP was used on the domain. That isn't the case this time, I have checked the IP. It's correct.

Please help!

Do you have an internet cafe or a friend with a direct ADSL or broadband connection to the computer instead of WIFI? I'd try that so you can be sure it's your WIFI that isn't working. If the ADSL/broadband connection doesn't work, I'd ask the Admin of the hosting provider to help you with the back-ups.

See, that's just it. I have already tried the ADSL, local network and work network. And I can't contact the admin, because I dont know the email, because I can't access the site.

And here's something else. I can see the site all the time on proxy servers, but the places I've connected to, won't allow me to see it.

Sound`s like they have blocked your IP to me, send me your website login info via PM, I will try and recover your files for you and upload them to your account in a zip file, you can restore your files from that.

How would I ask them to unblock my IP? I want to try everything I can before giving someone the details.

I can understand that. Well what I would suggest is that you visit your web host via proxy or another computer with a different IP address.

Contact the hosting provider support team and ask them if your home IP address is blocked and if it is to kindly unblock it.

I would suggest you find out your home IP address at home is first. Google "whats my ip"

If I gave you my IP via private message, and you go to the web host and ask, would you? I can't even access the web host via proxy.

Thank You Sander K!!! Your proxy actually let me through, and I got the ticket submitted.

May I ask what proxy script you use? It has a nice clean design to it, many features, and is extremely easy to use.

Its Glype, but its different then the usual Glype because I have made several plugins for it which I am not going to release ever.
