Website Too Slow

I recently added a new website but it's running pretty slow. It's a wordpress site.

While managing in the dashboard, it stops responding and keeps loading. I have very heavy websites in the past on GigaRank but they never had any issues,

Can technical admin please help

The website sometimes load fast and sometimes doesn't. The actual issue I'm facing is, while in the admin dashboard, if I try to update posts, settings, etc,sometimes it works but sometimes is keeps loading and nothing happens. Then I need to click again.

URGENT: and now I cannot access my site at all and neither GigaRank forum. I am accessing this forum using proxy. I guess my IP is blocked!

I just restarted my modem and changed my IP (since my ISP uses Dynamic IP) and I am able to access. However, my website dashboard is still slow when I am making changes to my wordpress site. Any possible causes?

The website is fast for me.
Are all RSS feeds on your dashboard loading? You might want to get rid of them, that might speeds things up.
What plugins did you install?

I'm using few basic plugins like Yoast Seo, hreview, upprev that's it!

How about your other Websites, are they loading slow for you too, or just this one?

All other websites are loading fine for me. It's just my wordpress dashboard here which is acting slow. (cultblogger[dot].com dashboard)

Is there any way by which I can see my IO , Resource usage ? The option which is given is cPanel doesn't works.

Not sure I understand. Are the wordpress dashboards of the other Websites loading OK as well?

In other words is the dashboard issue only for cultblogger?

I checked and have sent a break down of the bandwidth that is being used by PM.

Do you need the sub-domain cultblogger.maindomain? I'm wondering whether it is playing interference with your new main domain with the same name?

I also notice you have a large number of plugins. If you're only using a few of them, why not try to delete all of the ones that you don't need. Only use the minimum and test them by enabling and disabling them.

I also don't quite get your theme. Was that one you created yourself? Can you disable it and try and use the default themes and see whether that makes a difference?

No, the issue is with all my sites. They are performing slow. Specially in the Dasboard area.

Try to use proxy from europe region or you can use some addons/extension on browser, I am using' Data Saver' extension on my chrome and it does make my website (which currently hosted on gigarank) load more faster.
