Hi,
I went on https://asm.ca.com/en/ping.php to see if my site could be seen worldwide and the result was negative. I know that the hosting is free but there is something I/you can do to improve the situation?

The tool doesn't seem to work very well. It gives me "Not available" and "Packets lost (100%)" for websites that I know are available in those countries.

You can use this tool. It works well and is accurate.
Or you can use this if the last one does not work for you.

Same with mine this morning. Although I thought I might have hit Gigarank backup time. Usually when our files are being backed up on the server, it has a slow down effect on the server. I'll check again when I get home later today (GMT +4).
