i think if it possible to make a new site on a new domain for wordpress...[2ndthink.tk] (political and athletic news in greek) not to my radio

You are allowed 10 add on domains per hosting account. Refer details of your account here:
http://www.gigalicous.com/free-hosting-account.php

And of course only one hosting account (refer TOS).

Check the add on domain section in your cPanel, where you can add new domains.
