I wrote the Dutch version of Subdreamer CMS and a couple of other small scripts.

How would suggest suggest we start?

How do we assign work for each other that`s within our grasp and not too overwelming?

Will we require something to post our revisions of work on (nightly build)?

There`s a lot of questions, where shall we start, Backend or Frontend?

Well I see you have some base coding going in the Dev link. How about access to that coding first off so that we have some where we can start. Maybe for those of us that have free hosting the option to install your base code and that way we can work on it post our coding to our hosted version to check if it works and bugs in our codes. Then yes I think we should have somewhere to pool our work to see where each of us are going.

I know we need a base layout for both front end and back end then those all have to collide in one big bang to form a new co inhabitant world but that is the best my knowledge goes for that but it would make sense to establish a base frontend then backend then start weaving them together... from my more designer point of view anyway thats how I usually work is make it look good then worry about the codes and edit from there.

I see that. I can see at least it is running doesnt look very nice yet but that will come in time. Needs some Navigation, I will try to work on something tonight on that something simple and clean, you said XML for coding?
