Are you talking of Dojo like Karate or Dojo Toolkit the ajax toolkit to develop web apps (dojotoolkit.org)?
About the first, I think anything you want could provide what you want. I favour Wolf CMS (wolfcms.org) because you can directly use php code if you need something which is not provided.
Almost obviously WordPress has tons of "social plug-ins" and it's fairly easy, Drupal is very good and gives you lots of possible options and it's widely customisable, but it has a fairly steep learning curve.
If you are curious, just search for "headless CMS" on Google, it's a refreshing perspective. Use APIs and services instead of storing everything on your site. Concieve it as a non-CMS...
