What is your preference? Coffee or tea or other beverage? And why?

I think I am the rare person out there who doesn't drink either coffee nor tea. Or maybe it is just because I haven't really actually tried them. Coffee just seems like a hassle for me to perfect to my own tastes. As for tea, I have no understanding of which tea is good and which tea is not good...

Interesting and probably more healthy. Am curious though. What is your drink preference?

Real coffee takes to long to make for me to really care, same with TEA though it takes a bit less time. All the instant and bottled stuff at the store is filled with chemicals and high fructose so I have zero interest.

But I am amazed that people will go to starbucks for a small cup of joe for $7 but won't go to the joint right next door and get 3x the size for $3 because everyone else is doing it.

I prefer both for this one. Coffee makes me feel energized in any case I'm really sleepy at work, while I drink tea for a relaxation.

See, that's what I thought. For the price of some coffee though, it just makes the whole experience not worth it.

can't begin my day without 1 or more cup of hot coffee )
And during the work day I've been drinking usually 5-6 cups.
But at home I preferred tea.

I know people like that. Lot's of coffee at work really helps your workflow, but it's a hassle to drink tea at work. Coffee at work, tea at home. Really, it's just normal. :)

I pretty much stopped drinking caffeine entirely 2 years ago and have been slowly adjusting to life without it. I used to drink like 6 cups or more of black coffee a day. Now a glass of iced tea makes me feel jittery so I avoid even tea.

Hey,

Most of the time, it is coffee. However, I also drink tea. Green tea or some other healthy versions of it. I guess, too much isn't good of something. I mean, if you drink coffee all day long it might be not healthy and the same with tea.
Coffee is good to start into the new day for me.

Best,
CK

I leave such things to my body wishes. If I'm ordered to prepare some self-made lemonade on a hot day, I do it so. If it'd be Nescafe right now, so be it! What, green tea this time? Well, OK then. Just listening to the body is the right thing to do.

To be honest I try to and avoid anything that has caffeine, alcohol, or any other psychoactive chemicals in it whenever possible. Even decaff. Coffee is like beer imo, no one who tries it ever honestly likes the taste and they're all lying to themselves. Same with smoking. Did anyone here ever actually enjoy their first cigarette?
