What is your preference? Coffee or tea or other beverage? And why?

I like them all, and it's not indecisive, I decided variety is my all time favourite.

Dependency, not caffeine, is what I try to avoid and so far it has been working for me.

I like these things primarily for their tastes and social aspects. I know people drink all these common drinks, so it's socially good for me.

Chai is good if you don't like caffein, but it has a bit more calories if it concerns you. There are time when I avoid some herbal tea that can make me a lit sleepy. Other than that, I drink all kind of common tea, coffee (hot or chilled), chocolate, chai, or carol (some sort of roasted barley drink). I can't see why people think they are mutually exclusive.

They are good for you one way or the other, so there is really nothing to stop you from having them all :)

I run on coffee, but I also like tea. Actually I drink pretty much anything, but mostly coffee, it brings me the memories of my childhood as my parents were heavy coffeeholics. At night I like brewing tea or just anything herbal, I have my own plants in my house so I just go out and cut some leaves to step... UNLESS I have something important to do, then I brew more coffee.

I love tea with lemon. Especially when it's cold. Refreshes and tones

What llol?

I've always been a tea drinker, I have never liked the taste of coffee I find it far too bitter. I'm not into any flavorings of tea, I just prefer normal tea with milk and no sugar. Best when the water is boiling. Although, I am not adventurous and don't try many different types of beverages to be honest.

According to researchers, it's difficult to point out how coffee and tea affect human health. Both drinks contain different types of ingredients. They contain caffeine, polyphenols, and antioxidants - compounds whose anti-cancer properties have been studied - are.

Drinking tea with lesser risk of cancer and heart disease, improved weight loss, and stronger affinity system. Meanwhile, various studies have identified drinking coffee as a potential way not only to deal with Parkinson's disease, but also type 2 diabetes, liver disease, and heart problems.
Anyway, I prefer to drink tea.

I love both equally but for different reasons. Coffee in the morning to wake me up, and tea in the evening to help me relax. Loose leaf tea is so much better than the stuff in bags btw

Coffee for sure, way more caffeine and I personally like the taste and smell of coffee :). That and the fact that Starbucks has spoiled me, even though it is trash coffee.

I'm going through the coffee phase here too in Canada. I don't like Starbucks coffee as it has a burnt taste. I'm a pleb and prefer Tim Hortons, the cheapest coffee. Occasionally I visit Milanos here, which is Italian coffee. I seem to like Italian coffee everythwere (like Nero's in the UK) as it has a much richer coffee taste without that burnt flavour you get at Starbucks.

There is so much of a variety to choose from these days. Skim milk, 2% milk, whole milk, coconut milk, almond milk, flavoured milk. Mine is simple though. Coffee latte. :p

When I was younger, I generally preferred soft drinks like cola or sprite. But nowadays I am into tea/coffee. I don't care if its tea, coffee, green tea, lemon tea or masala chai as long as its hot.

Hmmmm... It all depends on the mood, if i'm wanting to lounge around and do nothing I'll settle for a cup of tea, if i'm tired and need stuff done I'll drink coffee for that extra energy boost.
