Where to get Free SSL for my website?

I have a website in wordpress. Now i want to add SSL to my site. Not ready to buy one now i want to get familiar with SSL security. So where can i get free SSL? I don't need lifetime free; free for few month only?

First of all, you should check your cPanel account, there is some free SSL service, also you should search through google first before asking on the forum, this is your last hope of finding answers.

Further to @"GigaGreg" and @"Yozora" - please check the guidelines for quality posts. Questions like the ones you've been posting that could easily have been sorted out with a simple Google search, and have been made in excess can be regarded as spam and removed from the forum.

I am not sure how it works with Gigarocket's hosting, but for my link shortener running on the VPS, I used Let's Encrypt without an issue. It was a fair bit of research to do to figure out how everything worked, but that's about it.

If you are in a VPS: Let's Encrypt (some enfort to configure)
If you are in a shared hosting: See if you provider have a option.
