Looks as though most domain registrars these days are flogging as many services as they can - so eggs in one basket reminded me of that. Like Godaddy's also in the business of website hosting and lately I've seen a link between them and wix, an online templates and Website building service. Changing into large corporations, and who knows growing into future Google size businesses?lifestyles said:I used to like RegisterFly but have no clue what happened to them and they were shut down a few yrs back. So now I use GoDaddy or some others when they have offers.
I am still not sure which is my fav domain company. But as they say, don't put all your eggs in one basket.

Genesis said:Agreed. I've got a GoDaddy account myself. And I remember when I got a domain I had to search for where to change the name servers. It takes many more clicks than dot.tk, who is total simplicity and speed in comparison with GoDaddy. I literally flew through applying for my dot.tk accounts. Whereas with GoDaddy I had to read so many instructions to figure out how to get to the NameServers for example.
NameCheap to me is even clumsier than GoDaddy. But in overall cheaper with many more specials.
