Windows 7 problem

Try to run chkdisk, if that won't help you reinstall Windows. That will help. Have you changed any PC component?
Sorry for my bad English.

I highly suspect the motherboard battery has run out of juice, and needs replacement.
The taletale signs of that happening are:
1. System clock always resetting, and needs changing.
2. "Press F1(or another key) to continue.", which means nothing on its own without the message on the same page.

As for the second issue, did you allow Windows to properly turn off?

The last time when I had a black Microsoft OS screen was a license issue. Microsoft during an update screening thought that the license was not legit Microsoft.

Does it say anything more? If the only problem is that you need to reset the time maybe you can configure Windows so that it sync the time more often (or preferable on each startup). As CHT has already suggested, the problem could very well be your battery (not the big one that you have to charge all the time but the small CMOS battery inside your computer).

My English is bad, I apologize.
Your computer seems to have a hardware problem.
It looks like CMos can not find anything when checking the hardware.
If the computer crashes or drops, a connection problem or distortion may have occurred.
I think it would be better if you take the service.

here.
if it was me I'd do what CHT said & flash the bios, if that failed I'd just reinstall but my pc doesn't do this, because I don't just switch it off at the wall.

You're running Windows 7 in VirtualBox in a Mac host. The virtual drive may have a corrupted operating system. Try pressing F8 on startup just before that screen in your screenshot and enter into Safe Mode.

The highlighted part in the quote is a sign that your CMOS battery is dead and you have to replace it.

i have not had any issues like this but i would call your pc manifacturer or if you build your pc custom call the motherboard manifacurer of call microsoft they will fix your issue
